Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products from our 4 different warehouses from 4 different countries. Antwerp, Belgium (where the brand is based/was founded); Riga, Latvia ('Central' Europe); North Carolina, The United States ( Close to the East Coast and the Midwest) and Istanbul, Turkey (The bridge between Asia and Europe).

We ship worldwide.

Deliveries vary from country to country. Estimated delivery times are given below:
Europe + UK: 1-3 business days
North America: 1-3 business days
Rest of the World: 2-5 business days

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can track your order from then on.

Sizing

While placing your order, please take a look at our 'sizing' tab or use our size chart picture on each product page. Please note that our products are made by European sizing standards. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you must contact us at tigotticlothing@gmail.com to start your return process. For more information, please read our return policy.

You can exchange an item (that doesn't fit or is damaged) with the same item or another item with the same price.
